We offer standard flat rate shipping for all orders under $99. All orders over $99 receive free shipping.
Orders usually ship within 2-7 days once placed, and arrive within 5-7 business days from the time it is
shipped. Orders placed around the holidays may incur longer shipping times due to the volume of
packages shipping providers handle.
We work with multiple brands and multiple dropshippers to get your product as quickly and efficiently
as possible. You may receive order updates with multiple tracking numbers. If this is the case, some of
your products are shipping directly from our network of dropshippers.
Yes, you can cancel your order before it ships. After this period, cancellation is not possible as we
process your order for shipment. Please review your order carefully before confirming to ensure it
meets your needs.
To cancel an order, please send an email to support@obsgear.com, including your name and order
number, with a request to cancel. If we receive your cancellation request within the window, we will
honor it and initiate a full refund, which may take 48-72 hours to reflect in your account.
If you do not receive your order within 2-weeks, after your order has been shipped, please contact us at
support@obsgear.com so that we can resolve the issue. Our team will find out why your package has
not arrived and if necessary we will resend your order. We do not issue refunds for orders that do not
arrive.
